the last week i went to ''les vires courts'' , it's a wood along a odet river.the day before it rained a lot,we had a mud everywhere on us.my frog legs was dirty( i'm half french,half american)and my bike too.

last sea bath

today i went to the beach for my last sea bath 2009,today there is a very bad weather in brittany.this year i started the sea bath on march and stop today because the ocean is really very very cold now.

cold november

the last week of october was very beautiful week,sun everyday and hot temperature for the season. the first week of november is cold ,rain,cold and wind everyday.today(this morning)i went to the beach for swim( i'm crazy)!!!!the temperature was cold=7°c(45°f).the ocean=11°c (52°f).i swam only 30 minutes,maybe it's the last times for this year because the ocean is too cold now.

october 2009 was a wonderful month,the temperatur was good ,friday 30 oct = 21° c (70° f )wednesday 21oct= 24°c (75.2 ° f).it's crazy for october in brittany.every week end i go to the beach for swimming in the ocean, the ocean isn't too cold for the season,and the sun was shinning during all the month.i live here since 30 years ago , i never saw that.

in september i took part in a race just for the fun ,the''natathlon''. it's a little race, 800metres(0.4miles) for swimming,and 8kms(5miles)for running.

last sun bath 2009

i saw 1h , and i'm stayed on the sand 1h , i think it was the last time for this year,i'm going to the beach this afternoon but juste for swimming.i can't stay on the beach after the swim this afternoon because the weater isn't good in finistere today( and the next day!!)

when i arrived ,i saw in the water many fish ,it was a''mulet''(in french, sorry,i don't know what is his name in english),but i caught only 3 mulets ,I fishing it with a little streamer.
