the last week i took my bike for a little training

in september i took part in a race just for the fun ,the''natathlon''. it's a little race, 800metres(0.4miles) for swimming,and 8kms(5miles)for running.

nearby my house we cant see the kernuz castle, it is a little castle with a big garden,it was built on 16th century.

last sun bath 2009

i saw 1h , and i'm stayed on the sand 1h , i think it was the last time for this year,i'm going to the beach this afternoon but juste for swimming.i can't stay on the beach after the swim this afternoon because the weater isn't good in finistere today( and the next day!!)

the last week end ,i went to the beach ,in a first time just for swimming,but the temperatur was good and i could stay on the beach for a sun bath.

when i arrived ,i saw in the water many fish ,it was a''mulet''(in french, sorry,i don't know what is his name in english),but i caught only 3 mulets ,I fishing it with a little streamer.
